Job Description

Now looking for Manufacturing Production Supervisor!!
Shift:
2nd 3pm-11:30pm
M-F Rate:
$30-35 Position Overview We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Production Supervisors to lead 2nd shift operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for supervising 25+ employees while overseeing daily production activities, safety, quality, and team performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hold employees accountable, and ensure production goals are met efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead daily production operations and work teams Execute production schedules using personnel, materials, machinery, and processes effectively Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and break compliance Ensure production goals, quality standards, and customer requirements are achieved Promote and enforce a strong safety culture throughout the facility Conduct employee training, coaching, disciplinary actions, and performance management Maintain inventory accuracy and labor reporting Support continuous improvement initiatives including: Kanban JIT (Just-In-Time) Standard Work 5S Lean Manufacturing Principles Troubleshoot operational and process issues Complete corrective action reports for major problem areas Coordinate with other supervisors, managers, and departments to support production goals Support employee development and cross-training initiatives Qualifications 2+ years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience required Team lead or supervisory experience preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles preferred Mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting skills preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment #IND2

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
