A Short Summary of Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
The position will be responsible for leadership and execution on the plant floor, including safety, quality, production efficiency, employee performance management, operator / employee development, and continuous process improvement. Following Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing processes and a solid track record of manufacturing leadership. An Associates or Bachelor's Degree in manufacturing technology or engineering is highly desirable. The incumbent will be working in all phases of the manufacturing process and must be available to work flexible hours including off shifts and weekends.
