Responsibilities Supervision & Leadership Provide active, on‑floor leadership to the Production Support team Set priorities, assign work, and manage daily operations Train, mentor, and evaluate employees; identify development needs Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback Enforce company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements Production Support Operations Oversee labeling, container preparation, filling, packaging, and related activities Ensure materials meet customer specifications and quality standards Review batch tickets and troubleshoot discrepancies Coordinate activities to meet production schedules and output targets Quality, Compliance & Safety Ensure full compliance with GMP, safety policies, and regulations Monitor production processes for quality and accuracy Support quality investigations and corrective actions Process Improvement & Coordination Identify and resolve issues related to staffing, scheduling, quality, or equipment Collaborate cross‑functionally with production, quality, and other teams Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company standards

Requirements Technical & Functional:

Experience supporting audits, inspections, and compliance documentation Knowledge of quality systems including investigations and CAPA Ability to ensure batch documentation accuracy and product traceability Ability to analyze operational data and implement corrective actions Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Leadership & Soft Skills:

Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet production deadlines Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities Highly organized, self‑directed, and accountable

Physical Requirements:

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs with assistance Ability to push, pull, and move pallets, drums, and materials Exposure to production/warehouse environments (heat, noise, dust, etc.) Visual acuity for close and distance work #MFGS
