- Lead daily press operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are consistently achieved
- Oversee a team of approximately 20 stamping press operators, material handlers, and support personnel
- Ensure efficient workflow management, proper die setup, and strict adherence to the production schedule
- Champion a strong safety culture across the production floor and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Operate within a non-union metal stamping and fabrication environment with a focus on operational excellence Key Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience within the metals industry
- Team lead or supervisory background with demonstrated ability to manage production teams Additional Information
