- Supervise and lead a team of 6-10 operators within a casting operation
- Oversee all aspects of the casting production process to ensure efficiency and quality
- Manage the receiving and inspection of incoming goods and materials
- Handle minimal purchasing duties to support operational needs Key Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience in metal melting operations
