Responsibilities:

Oversee work activities and allocate resources essential for the manufacturing and shipment of products, ensuring compliance with company standards for safety, cost, quality, and productivity. Actively participate in, audit, and coach on all production-related safety processes, fostering a culture of safety within the team. Ensure that productivity goals are met and that all processes operate in alignment with company objectives. Support employee growth through performance feedback, evaluations, coaching, recognition of achievements, and disciplinary actions when necessary.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a chemical manufacturing setting. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices. Demonstrated expertise in

ISO 9001

standards.
