- Full-time Findlay based company is seeking experienced Supervisors to join our expanding team.
- Would prefer 3 years minimum experience managing projects
- Experienced in time management skills and good people skills as you will be working with the customer directly as well as the crew.
- Should have good communication skills with the customers and our management team.
- Some background in Construction and/or Industrial Service.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Safety conscious and able to follow our safety guidelines and make sure the employees follow our safety guidelines
- Will direct the crews with the correct tools they need to complete the job
- Will run the job at hand and work alongside with the other laborers.
- Should be flexible in different areas of the job scope that will occur.
- Will be managing skilled and unskilled laborers at the job sites.
- Be responsible for the efficient management of labor, machines, and materials under their direction.
- Keep accurate records of the materials, equipment, tools, and receipts used on the job.
- Communicate company rules and policies to the laborers when needed to be implemented.
- Should be able to give clear directions and see that they are followed.
- Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects.
- Supervisors will work alongside the crew and some of the work is labor intensive.
