Lead and supervise sheet metal crews on commercial projects Install and oversee fabrication of flashing, coping, gutters, downspouts, and metal roofing components Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to company standards Train and mentor crew members Communicate with project managers, customers, and subcontractorsRequirements:
