The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. They possess solid mechanical aptitude, are a self-starter who takes initiative without constant direction, and lead by example through active involvement on the production floor. This individual is willing and expected to work alongside employees on the production line as operational needs require, providing support, troubleshooting issues, maintaining productivity, and ensuring production goals are met safely and efficiently. They are a problem solver, effective communicator, and team builder who is committed to safety, quality, continuous improvement, and employee development. Position Summary The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations during the assigned shift. This role ensures production goals are met safely, efficiently, and on time while maintaining quality standards and promoting continuous improvement throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and oversee daily production activities.
• Lead and develop production employees through coaching and training.
• Ensure production schedules are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor operations and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Maximize productivity while minimizing waste and unnecessary costs.
• Allocate labor, equipment, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Investigate and resolve employee concerns professionally and timely.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and plant performance.
• Maintain accurate production and operational records.
• Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and safety procedures.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Computer proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to assist with additional shifts when needed.
