Production Supervisor

Job Overview:

A Production Supervisor at Miba Sinter USA is responsible for managing the production operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

Guide production teams towards organizational goals, production targets and quality standards. Allocation of resources (labor, materials, and machinery) to maximize efficiency. Perform data analysis to assess performance trends, identify inefficiencies, and make improvements. Ability to respond effectively to unexpected changes in production demands, resource availability, and equipment issues. Ability to lead, motivate, train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve high levels of performance. Experience 3 - 5 years of experience with supervision in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of manufacturing, lean manufacturing, and shop floor management. Strong experience with production processes, quality control, and safety standards Experience with supervision, people development, and conflict resolution. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning new software programs.
