- Production Supervisor , Analyst, Operations/Production.
- Lead production activities to meet customer demand as set by the level plan
- Drive improvements to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People objectives for the department
- Implement World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methods and tools into daily operations
- Direct, develop, support, and assess the team members as their people leader
- Complete daily time & attendance records in UKG for direct reports ## Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience supervising or leading a team in a manufacturing environment ## Preferred skills and experiences
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations or Engineering
- Computer skills including Google workspace suite
- Experience in leading, coaching, and developing large teams of employees
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Experience implementing problem solving and continuous improvement
