- Supervise and lead a team of 25-30 hourly employees within the CNC/Okuma Department
- Drive quality, safety, and productivity improvements through the use of metrics, analytics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making
- Manage all aspects of team development including hiring, training, discipline, and performance reviews
- Monitor and report hour-by-hour production metrics to ensure on-time delivery targets are consistently met Key Requirements
- CNC knowledge preferred but not required
- BS/BA degree preferred, or a minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience without a degree
- Strong forward-thinking mindset with the ability to set and achieve departmental goals
- Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing (MFG) environment with a focus on KPIs, metrics, and analytical/data-driven decision-making Additional Information
