Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Welding Supervisor to oversee welding operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of welding techniques, and the ability to manage a team of welders ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Duties Supervise and support a team of welders to meet daily production goals. Assign work, monitor progress, and verify completed welds meet quality standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Enforce all company safety policies and ensure proper PPE is used at all times. Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications and codes. Coordinate with other departments as needed to resolve welding or production issues.
Requirements:
Technical high school and/or trade school graduate in welding Strong knowledge of both MIG and TIG welding. 5+ years of welding experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role Strong mechanical aptitude Must be able to communicate and deal effectively with every level of our organization. Must have excellent people skills, oral and written communication, leadership, organizational and motivational skills. Must be able to interpret and enforce the specifications and procedures related to the department.
