Crown Staffing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Sharonville, OH. If you are a motivated leader with a background in manufacturing and a passion for quality and team development, this is the role for you!

Competitive, based on experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Leadership experience within the last 12 months Manufacturing experience, preferably in the automotive industry Responsibilities Set up inspections, sorts, and projects per customer/location requirements Manage multiple sorts at various locations as needed Ensure compliance with all policies, processes, and procedural standards Communicate with customers regarding production and quality requirements Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues Train and coach Team Leaders, Lead Inspectors, and Inspectors Ensure accurate completion and timely delivery of paperwork, logs, and training sheets Utilize technology including Network and Inventory Tracker systems and Microsoft Office Schedule staffing and logistics for assigned areas Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Referral program Weekly pay Overtime opportunities Professional development and training Crown Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer (M/F/D) .
