Working Hours:

12 hours per day, totaling approximately 84 hours per week About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team in the industrial sector. In this role, you will contribute to delivering safe, efficient, and reliable Product Service Delivery (PSD) to customers, overseeing the daily management of bulk plant facilities, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Ensure all job deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule to internal and external customers. Oversee and verify proper blending, mixing, and preparation of bulk materials for field operations. Conduct inventory counts, maintain accurate balances, monitor stock levels, and ensure proper documentation. Track total material costs and identify opportunities for cost-effective improvements in bulk plant operations. Maintain 100% compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations related to bulk material handling and plant operations. Ensure proper disposal of waste materials, containers, pallets, and other items used in mixing and blending processes. Manage the performance, training, and development of Operators and trainees; promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Identify operational risks and implement standard work practices to ensure safe and reliable service delivery. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bulk plant operations, logistics, or industrial manufacturing environments. Proven ability to lead and develop teams while ensuring strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
