A Production Supervisor at Una Care carries direct accountability for team performance, compliance, and results. You manage people, run reporting, own SOPs, and serve as the operational point of contact between the production floor and ownership. You are responsible for the outcomes, not just the tasks. For the right person, this role is a direct path to Production Manager. We promote from within and invest in developing leaders. Escalate personnel concerns to HR with documentation and context. Operations and Compliance Execute production plans and batch instructions accurately and on schedule. Enforce all safety and GMP requirements. Correct deviations immediately and document them properly. Oversee quality checks throughout production and ensure all output meets client specifications. Manage and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs). Write new SOPs, update existing ones, and ensure the team follows them. Develop and execute contingency plans when production disruptions occur to protect client delivery commitments. Coordinate directly with the lab and QC teams on deviations, specification changes, and process improvements. Reporting and Administration Build and track KPIs for the production team covering efficiency, quality, and safety. Report results to ownership on a regular schedule. Maintain accurate batch records, shift reports, and production logs using company systems. Manage warehouse inventory. Track raw materials and finished goods and report variances. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. You use a computer confidently for daily correspondence, tracking, and documentation. Familiarity with GMP principles and a genuine respect for quality and compliance. Ability to write and maintain SOPs, not just follow them. Strong attention to detail in recordkeeping and quality verification. Clear communicator. You give direction confidently and escalate issues before they grow. Steady under pressure. You adapt when production does not go according to plan. Experience in cosmetics, personal care, or contract manufacturing is a plus. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant experience will be considered in place of a degree.

We give you the visibility, the coaching, and the responsibility you need to get there. Why Una Care Products We are a close-knit team with direct ownership access and short decision cycles.
