Job Description

Seeking experienced Production Lead to guide, supervise, and motivate employees.
Responsibilities:
Communicate daily goals and shortages in work force or materials Responsible to work the floor. Develop and maintain employee relationships Train employees to perform work duties safely and efficiently Complete production paperwork and submit reports
Requirements:
Lead/Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting Excellent communication skills Great attention to detail. Automotive experience required.
Hours:
2 shifts available
Pay:
$18-$22/hour, based on shift.
