This is not a "keep things running" role — this is a build, improve, and scale role. Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily production operations Plan and execute production schedules based on demand Improve efficiency, throughput, and consistency across production Reduce waste and optimize processes Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards Train, manage, and hold production team accountable Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions Maintain product quality and batch consistency Track and report production data Collaborate with leadership on scaling production systems and equipment Qualifications Experience in food production, manufacturing, or similar environment Strong leadership and team management skills Problem-solver who takes initiative and ownership Ability to work both strategically and hands-on Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, reporting, etc.)

Preferred:
