3rd Shift Production/Assembly Supervisor -

$60-$70k + 5% bonus |

This role leads the Press and Stamping areas on 3rd shift to meet customer and production requirements.

Responsibilities:

Oversee Assembly teams—including Team Leads, Associates, Trainers, and Material Handlers—ensuring proper training, coaching, and performance. Address and escalate quality issues, prevent non-conforming product flow, and support internal audits. Plan production, manage timelines, track KPIs, and ensure FIFO and traceability standards. Resolve quality and mechanical downtime issues quickly to minimize interruptions. Maintain compliance with packaging and process controls. Recommend and implement process improvements. Assist with hiring and new-hire orientation.

Requirements:

2-3 years in a similar manufacturing leadership role; strong knowledge of assembly processes; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; proficient in Microsoft Office; strong organization, coordination skills, and attention to detail. Community College coursework in business is a plus.
