Experience Proven factory experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory role. Hands-on knowledge of assembly lines, hand tools, power tools, and warehouse operations. Experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently within a manufacturing facility. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly. Familiarity with factory safety standards and best practices for manufacturing environments. Previous leadership experience supervising production teams in a fast-paced setting. Ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
