Production Supervisor

- Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing? We're looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead teams, and drive safety, quality, and productivity on the floor. ?
- What You'll Do
- + Lead, coach, and manage production team members (hiring, training, performance, discipline) + Execute daily production schedules and meet output targets + Ensure product quality through process checks and quick issue resolution + Coordinate equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance (PMs) + Monitor inventory, material flow, and production tracking for accuracy + Train and cross-train employees to support flexible staffing + Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principles + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment + Support onboarding and orientation for new hires ✅ •What We're Looking For•+ 3+ years in a manufacturing environment + 1-2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience + Strong leadership and employee development skills + Experience with production scheduling and hitting output goals + Knowledge of quality processes and troubleshooting production issues + Familiarity with equipment maintenance coordination + Ability to stay active on the floor (walking 4-6 hours/day) ⭐ •Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)•+ Experience in steel or metal manufacturing + Familiarity with CNC machines, saws, or plasma cutting + Knowledge of gearboxes or industrial mechanical systems + Inventory management or production planning system experience + Experience onboarding and training new employees ?
