In this role, you will coordinate crews, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality fencing installations that meet project specifications and client expectations. Your leadership will drive efficiency, maintain strict safety standards, and uphold the integrity of every project. Duties Supervise daily operations on construction sites, managing fencing crews to ensure timely and quality installations Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to align project goals and schedules Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute fencing layouts Ensure all work complies with OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections Oversee quality control measures, inspecting fencing materials, installation techniques, and completed work for adherence to specifications Manage project budgets, procurement of materials, and labor resources efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship Experience Proven 5 years experience in fencing projects with a strong background in managing teams on-site Extensive construction site experience with a focus on fencing or related infrastructure projects Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety enforcement Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, contracts management, and quality assurance processes Ability to operate technical tools such as ohmmeters for electrical fence systems or other specialized equipment Join us as a Fence Foreman where your leadership fuels successful projects!
