Schedule:
Full-time. We run different shifts and need some flexibility. Occasional overtime as exception, not norm.
Compensation:
$20-$22/hour starting, with a 90-day review
Status:
Full-time, hourly, non-exempt

We're an equal opportunity employer committed to Diversity, Equity, Quality, and Sustainability. The role The Production Supervisor leads day-to-day production on the floor. This is a working supervisor role. You'll be hands-on (production, packing, QA, paperwork) with leadership woven throughout (setting pace, training, holding standards, problem-solving). The exact split floats based on what production needs. What you'll do Lead daily production and packing. Run line checks, operate equipment, complete log books and lot tracking, and verify QA. Set and hold the pace on the floor. Hold the team to clear standards on focus, quality, and break norms. Train team members on procedures, equipment, and food safety. Run shift huddles. Maintain GMPs and food safety compliance. Escalate concerns to the Director of Operations and QA without delay. Coordinate with the Maintenance Technician on equipment issues and preventive maintenance. Document and improve SOPs as processes evolve. Identify bottlenecks and propose practical fixes. What we're looking for 2+ years in food manufacturing. Lead or shift lead experience is a plus, but we're also open to strong individual contributors ready to step up. Working knowledge of GMPs and food safety. Comfortable with batch records, lot tracking, and log books. Comfortable with safe handling, operation, and basic troubleshooting of production equipment. Reliable and consistently present. Sets the tone by example. Strong communication. Able to give clear, direct feedback and run a shift huddle. Open to change and continuous improvement as we grow. Physically able to stand for full shifts. Walk, push, pull, and lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally. Bonus points for PCQI, ServSafe, HACCP, or SQF certification. Forklift certification. Experience in snack, specialty, or natural foods manufacturing. Experience documenting SOPs from scratch or introducing new equipment to a team. •This job description outlines core responsibilities and is not exhaustive. $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
