Assembly Foreman

BlueCube Wellness manufactures handbuilt cold plunge tubs in Redmond, Oregon. 316 stainless steel, hardwoods, American-made. Sold to commercial gyms, spas, recovery studios, and high-end residential buyers. We build every unit in our Redmond shop. We need a hands-on production foreman. This is a working supervisor role. You pull units alongside the crew, catch quality issues before they leave the floor, and keep pace when things slow down. No desk, no office, no daily production reports to write. What you do

• Work the floor every day, as part of assembly team
• Keep the team on task and on pace
• Catch quality issues before units ship
• Enforce build standards unit by unit
• Escalate blockers such as parts, tools, or drawings to ownership the same day What you don't do
• Sit in meetings all day
• Manage remotely Compensation
• Performance-based, tied to units produced and quality out the door
• W-2 non-exempt, full-time, on-site in Redmond

• Local to Redmond, Bend, or Central Oregon. On-site role, no relocation assistance
• Trade background in custom manufacturing, cabinet or millwork, boatbuilding, spa and pool, high-end fabrication, or construction field supervision
• Can read a drawing, spot a crooked seam, catch a bad weld, and call it out
• Comfortable being the person who says "redo it" to a coworker
