Must have the ability to read and understand blueprints, lay out the work, previous experience with managing a field crew, and a knowledge of OSHA guidelines, valid driver's license and clean background. Prior heavy equipment operator and foreman experience is desired. Equipment fleet is newer, well-maintained and is equipped with GPS capabilities.
