2nd Shift Production Lead

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a 2nd Shift Production Lead and take charge of overseeing daily operations on the factory floor during the evening hours. This energetic role is perfect for someone with factory experience and leadership skills who is eager to motivate a team, ensure safety, and maintain high-quality production standards. As a key player in our manufacturing facility, you will lead by example, coordinate assembly line activities, and support continuous improvement initiatives to meet production goals efficiently. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of assembly Lumpers during the 2nd shift to ensure smooth and efficient production flow Assign tasks to team members based on production schedules and skill levels; provide guidance and support as needed Conduct quality checks throughout the shift to ensure products meet company standards and specifications Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and inventory logs; document any incidents or deviations from standard procedures Foster a positive work environment by motivating staff, promoting teamwork, and encouraging continuous improvement Experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced production environment Knowledge of safety regulations related to manufacturing facilities and equipment operation Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments Join us in driving manufacturing excellence!
