Working 2nd Shift (Monday-Thursday from 2pm-12am ). This position leads daily manufacturing operations and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met. This role is responsible for supervising production teams, coordinating workflow, and driving continuous improvement on the floor. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise manufacturing operations and assigned personnel within 2nd Shift. Manage workflow and assign work duties to meet scheduled delivery dates for customer orders. Actively monitor product quality and production efficiencies to meet internal and external requirements. Operate equipment or provide working support as needed to meet production requirements. Provide guidance, motivation and support to production personnel and foster a team atmosphere among the workforce. Enforce safety and compliance to company policies and procedures. Identify and coordinate necessary hiring and workforce training needs. Support and participate in continuous quality and cost reduction improvement efforts. Other duties as may be deemed necessary to expedite the workflow through the designated area of responsibility.

Requirements:

Technical schooling in machining application and principles preferred but not required Ability to read blueprints and apply principles of GD&T a must Experience with using/modifying spreadsheets required Knowledge of production processes and safety requirements Knowledge of machine operations, quality inspection procedures, and safety standards. Ability to read and communicate manufacturing instructions, engineering drawings and specification standards. Carry out duties with a positive, friendly and open-minded attitude to facilitate approachability and communication with operators throughout areas of responsibility.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
