• 38/HR Based Upon Experience + Overtime after 40 hours We offer optional Health Insurance Paid Vacation Paid Holidays We are a small family-owned business who is seeking to hire individuals who are willing to learn new ideas and techniques in our field. The position of Foreman/Supervisor will consist of the following but not be limited to:
• Leading other crew members in performing daily tasks on jobsites as well as in our shop
• Following direction of project manager and owners
• Operating equipment such as overhead cranes, forklifts, telehandlers, and shop fabrication equipment
• Assisting crew members in light steel fabrication when required. This could be anything from grinding to using our hydraulic shear to cut steel to size to fabricating in the field.
• Assist crew members in loading and unloading of trucks when necessary
• Travel to various jobsites within the tri-state area when required
• Be available to work some weekends.

(We typically do not work weekends but sometimes certain jobs require us to) There are other daily duties required but most important for us to find is an honest, hardworking individual that can get along well with others and is willing to learn the way we do things. We are willing to train you with on-the-job training as long as you meet the above criteria. You will learn many skills and techniques in our industry.

Must have:

• Valid PA Driver's License
• CDL Class A is more beneficial but not required
• Positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Leadership qualities
• Basic knowledge of rigging
• Industrial background
