Job Description

Production Supervisor General Summary This position's role will be responsible for achieving daily production goals set for self and others: an emphasis on schedule, quality, and safety of employees. Upholding the policies and standards of the company. This is a supportive role to the plant manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Holding team meeting to discuss daily KPIs and driving them. Maintain daily inventory, ensuring organization Ensure smooth operation of facility Ability to understand the agenda and motivate your team to achieve goal Responsible for ensuring training, coaching, and disciplining employees Ensure quality product and paperwork coming off floor Staging product in work area Loading product according to daily shipping log Ensure equipment is functioning safely and properly Promote a safe work environment Develop and promote a team environment. Recognizing employees. Maintaining a clean working area.
Job Characteristics:
Ability to follow guidelines set by management Ability to communicate effectively with management and employees Ability to work in varied temperatures Ability to utilize equipment to count, tally, calculate inventories, needs, incentives and goals Have a stimulating influence on others, while being firm, direct, and self-assuring in dealing with your team. Knowledge of the Company rules, regulations, and procedures and the ability to follow and enforce them. Ability to work flexible hours as production demands Must have NO safety violations
MUST BE TASK ORIENTED
Hold forklift license and be current in certifications
Education:
High School or equivalent preferred
Experience:
2 years of
