  • Full-time Job Summary Responsibilities Production
  • Open the building for the workday in the absence of the Amp Room Supervisor.
  • Supervise all Production Room employees.
  • Ensure compliance with the JPC employee manual and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with JPC quality and safety policies.
  • Identify and diagnose production machine problems as they arise. Perform approved repairs as needed.
  • Train new Production employees.
  • Identify and diagnose Production machine problems as they arise. Perform approved repairs as needed.
  • Maintain Production machine maintenance logs.
  • Supervise cleaning in the production room, RF welder/die-cutting area, and the Clean Room area.
  • Scheduling of Production Employees and Machines daily.
  • In conjunction with the Amp Room Supervisor, schedule amp machine production.
  • Package and ship customer parcel shipments.
  • Prepare customer truck LTL shipments, and prepare pallets for shipment when the Amp Room Supervisor is not available.
  • Participate in planning discussions about production scheduling and inventory levels
  • Assist the General Manager in the scheduling of New Orders for production
  • Assist the General Manager in recommending the purchase of materials that are low in inventory Clean Room
  • Supervision of Packaging Line Employees.
  • Train new Packaging employees for the Clean Room.
  • Identify and diagnose Clean Room amp machine problems as they arise. Perform approved repairs as needed.
  • The changeover of the Clean Room welding machine to run different customer products of all sizes.
  • Maintain the Clean Room welding machine maintenance log.
  • Submit material requests for needed items to the Materials Manager.
  • In conjunction with the Amp Room Supervisor, schedule Clean Room amp machine production.
  • Conduct daily air monitoring of the Clean Room when it is in use Warehouse
  • Sign for incoming goods.
  • Assist the Amp Room Supervisor in moving inspected and approved materials to storage in the warehouse and containers.
  • Assist the Amp Room Supervisor in moving materials from storage in the Warehouse and Storage Containers to the Amp Rooms, Clean Room, and Production as needed.
  • Assure all exists are kept clear
  • Close the warehouse at the end of the day. Quality Control
  • Assure product quality by monitoring all Production Room in-process work.
  • Assure product quality by monitoring the Clean Room's in-process work.
  • Maintain Lot Integrity on all products ampoulized.
  • Pull sample retains on all products in the Production Area.
  • Maintain Batch# Log for all products shipped.
  • Maintain QC files.
  • Maintain the collection, storage, and shipment of QC retains.
  • Update batch codes in date code printers.
  • Produce barcode labels as needed. Research & Development
  • Assist running samples as requested.
Experience Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, demonstrating leadership in plant management or operations management roles. Hands-on experience with manufacturing techniques, process improvement methodologies, and quality control practices. Mechanical ability related to manufacturing equipment, assembly lines, or mechanical systems is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead
