Position Overview We are seeking a driven and hands-on 2nd Shift Supervisor to lead our production team and ensure operational excellence on the manufacturing floor. In this role, you will oversee daily production activities, support employee development, and help drive efficiency, safety, and product quality. What We Offer ✔ Competitive salary ✔ 401(k) with company match ✔ Comprehensive medical benefits with strong company contribution (medical, dental, vision, disability) ✔ Generous PTO with accelerated accrual ✔ A stable, team-oriented work environment with growth opportunities What You'll Do Lead and oversee daily production operations to meet customer specifications and production schedules Supervise, coach, and develop hourly team members to ensure safe, efficient performance Coordinate with quality, processing, and tooling teams to improve performance and optimize efficiency Conduct employee training, performance reviews, and provide ongoing feedback Manage employee schedules, timekeeping, and PTO requests Promote and enforce safety standards and housekeeping practices Identify production issues and communicate solutions to leadership Participate in and lead corrective action when necessary What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required 2+ years of plastics industry experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work onsite in Erie, PA Why Accudyn?
