Asphalt Sealcoating Foreman - First Choice Sealing First Choice Sealing is looking for a working foreman to lead our sealcoating and crack filling crews this season. We do high-volume commercial work (HOAs, schools, large lots). We need someone who can run a crew, keep jobs moving, and take ownership — not someone who needs to be babysat. What You'll Do Lead a 2-4 man crew on sealcoating & crack filling jobs Operate equipment (spray rigs, crack melters, blowers, etc.) Manage job sites from start to finish Ensure quality, efficiency, and safety Communicate with owner and customers when needed

What We're Looking For:

Experience in sealcoating, asphalt maintenance, or similar field work Prior crew lead / foreman experience preferred Knows how to move fast without cutting corners Reliable, shows up early, and takes pride in the work Can handle long days during peak season Pay & Perks Competitive hourly or day rate (based on experience) Bonus opportunities for production & efficiency Steady work through the season Opportunity to grow with the company Why First Choice Sealing We're building a tight, high-performing crew — not a revolving door.
