We are seeking a Bacon Bits Operations Supervisor (1st Shift) to oversee and ensure the proper cooking and chilling of our high-quality Hatfield products. This role involves monitoring, troubleshooting deviations, and ensuring FSQA releases. You'll be responsible for maintaining compliance with company specifications and leading a team in a structured, fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is independent, accountable, and capable of managing a team while being self leading. A dedicated and flexible leader with at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food industry or manufacturing setting. Knowledgeable in HACCP, SAP, and food safety regulations , ensuring compliance and efficiency in all processes. Transparent and honest , with strong accountability to address deviations and ensure quality standards. Able to work a 5AM start shift (typically 10 hours), ensuring smooth operations with a focus on continuous improvement. Troubleshoot deviations , address issues immediately, and ensure FSQA releases for product quality assurance. Monitor and supervise all smokehouse cooking and chilling processes to meet company specifications. Lead and develop a team by setting clear expectations, improving standardization, and fostering accountability. Ensure compliance with Standard Sanitary Operating Procedures (SSOP) and food safety requirements. Troubleshoot deviations , address issues immediately, and ensure FSQA releases for product quality assurance.
