In this role, you will oversee daily factory activities, coordinate assembly line operations, and manage a team of skilled workers. Your mechanical knowledge and factory experience will be essential in maintaining high-quality standards, optimizing workflow, and fostering a safe, efficient work environment. Duties Supervise daily manufacturing activities on the assembly line, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely Coordinate with team members to assign tasks, monitor progress, and troubleshoot operational issues using hand tools and power tools Oversee the safe operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols Conduct regular inspections of machinery and tools to maintain mechanical integrity and prevent downtime Support training initiatives for staff on the proper use of assembly techniques, hand tools, power tools, and safety procedures Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports to track output quality and operational performance Collaborate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels and facilitate smooth material flow within the manufacturing facility Qualifications Proven factory experience in a manufacturing environment with hands-on assembly line supervision Strong mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment and machinery maintenance Experience operating forklifts, power tools, hand tools, and other warehouse equipment; forklift certification is preferred Familiarity with warehouse procedures, safety standards, and quality control processes in a manufacturing setting Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and resolving operational issues promptly Join us in driving manufacturing excellence!
