Position Details:

First Shift:

5:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Based on Operational Needs)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, and output goals Coordinate and supervise production teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency Assign manufacturing tasks and monitor completion to maintain productivity standards Manage production equipment, including routine maintenance and troubleshooting Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations and company policies Support accurate and timely completion of customer orders Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles Inspect materials and equipment to detect and address malfunctions Foster a strong culture of safety and operational excellence across all shifts

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or related supervisory roles Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire team members Bilingual (Spanish/English) Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and workplace safety best practices Experience with inventory control and lean manufacturing principles Excellent communication and attention to detail Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks during an 8-10 hour shift Ability to pass a background check and drug screening 18 years of age or older Why Join Us?
