Job Description:

Managing a project from start to completion while maintaining the project schedule. Working with the Project Manager, General Contractor, other trades and suppliers to resolve issues/questions in a timely and cost effective manner. Reviewing all work for quality and adherence to plans and specifications. Coordination of manpower to meet the project schedule. Review and manage supplier deliveries. Maintaining clean and safe job sites. Working with and coordinating subcontractors (as needed) Hands on work to keep the project on schedule. Reporting and tracking on site changes. Working as a team with all trades to complete the project. Tracking employee hours and work completed. Attend supervisor, project & safety meetings.
