What You'll Do:

Lead and coordinate daily shop floor activities to meet production targets Schedule work, assign personnel, and monitor workflow efficiency Troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements Coach, train, and develop fabrication staff Enforce safety, quality, and company standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges

What You Bring:

Fabrication, machining, or assembly experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Supervisors play a key role in ensuring efficient production, quality output, and team performance in manufacturing environments.
