$60,000•65,000/year We are seeking an experienced and motivated Plant Supervisor to join a growing manufacturing team in Laceyville, PA. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production floor operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met Lead, motivate, and supervise production staff in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Execute production plans while optimizing the use of materials, machinery, and labor resources Monitor production schedules and ensure customer shipments are completed accurately and on time Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures Coordinate workflow and staffing to maintain smooth plant operations Assist with production reporting and help streamline electronic recordkeeping processes Partner with management to evaluate, purchase, and maintain production equipment Train employees on proper equipment use and operational procedures Conduct employee evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary Promote a clean, safe, and organized work environment Support continuous improvement initiatives and overall plant performance Qualifications High School Diploma required; Associate s Degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with employees at all levels Why Join Us?
