Production Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position $26.00 to $28.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 04:00pm) Supervise polyurethane molding, finishing, and painting operations from start to final product Train, lead, and schedule production team members to meet daily output goals Monitor quality control, ensuring products meet specifications and finish standards Enforce safety procedures, PPE use, and compliance in a chemical manufacturing environment Coordinate workflow, materials, and equipment maintenance to support efficient production runs
Production Supervisor Qualifications:
3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production environments required Experience in molding, plastics, polyurethane, painting, or industrial finishing preferred Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards and chemical handling procedures required A bility to read technical documents, measurements, and production specifications required We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
