Their responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and supervising the team, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality control, and safety standards.

Responsibilities Project Planning and Management:

Plan and schedule daily work activities, coordinate tasks, and allocate resources to ensure timely project completion.

Crew Supervision and Training:

Oversee and manage a team of skilled laborers, providing guidance and training on proper techniques for stamping, finishing, and applying concrete surfaces.

Quality Control and Standards:

Ensure that all work meets the highest quality standards and complies with established specifications, including color, texture, and pattern accuracy.

Safety Compliance:

Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the job site, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.

Material Management:

Order and manage concrete supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability and proper utilization.

Communication and Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and other stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure project alignment.

Budget Management:

Concrete Expertise:

Possess in-depth knowledge of concrete materials, mixing, pouring, finishing techniques, and stamped concrete applications.
