Apply Now Our client, in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to join their team. As a Packaging Supervisor, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
2nd shift What's the Job? Supervise and coordinate daily packaging operations to meet production targets and schedules. Ensure packaging activities comply with food safety standards, including cGMP, and FDA regulations. Oversee packaging lines, equipment setup, changeovers, and line clearances. Monitor product quality, packaging accuracy, labeling, and documentation. Train, coach, and evaluate packaging team members to ensure productivity and compliance. What's Needed? 3+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or packaging operations. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations. Experience supervising hourly production staff. Familiarity with packaging equipment and production workflows. Ability to read and understand production schedules, SOPs, and specifications. What's in it for me?
