In your daily job you will: Ensure a safe work environment with zero accidents. Communicate safety updates and lead regular team meetings. Monitor production plans and ensure daily adherence. Coordinate with Production Control for planning and priorities. Manage headcount, attendance, and team performance. Oversee downtime, efficiency, and labor optimization. Develop and coach team members and future supervisors. Follow up on critical shipments and production issues. Maintain order, cleanliness, and 5S standards. Monitor quality metrics, defects, and corrective actions (FTQ, scrap, KPIs). Ensure proper training and adherence to quality standards. Lead shift handovers and communicate key updates. Support audits, meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned.YOUR BACKGROUND
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are: +5 years of experience in stamping/die processes (strong expertise in die processes) Experience in the automotive industry. Practical knowledge of progressive dies. Knowledge of stamping processes using high-speed presses (30T- Minster).
