Job Description

Traditions® Performance Firearms, a leader in the outdoor industry, is looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supervise production staff and oversee the department to ensure employees are meeting set standards. Keep a well-organized and efficient production space according to OSHA and state regulations. Monitor and manage production productivity to continuously implement process improvements. Establish and write new, efficient processes. Audit and adjust processes and oversee employee productivity metrics. Establish clear and consistent labor standards. Work with buyer/planner to develop and implement procedures for scheduling. Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials. Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels. Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation. Handling all production paperwork and inventory accountability. Position reports to Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred and/or 5+ years of progressive experience. 2+ years managerial experience preferred. Knowledge of computers and related software applications. Strong leadership skills. Strong communication skills. Strong ability to multitask. Friendly and upbeat demeanor.
