We're looking for a hands-on Assembly & Wiring Supervisor who's ready to lead from the front, drive excellence on the production floor, and take pride in building products that last. What You'll Do As our Assembly & Wiring Supervisor, you'll lead the team responsible for electrical wiring and final assembly of our manufactured products. This is a working leadership role where your technical expertise and people skills matter every day.

You will:

Lead daily assembly and wiring operations to meet production schedules Assign work, balance labor, and keep workflow moving efficiently Ensure all wiring is completed accurately per schematics, BOMs, and work instructions Champion quality, safety, and electrical compliance standards Train, coach, and develop assemblers and wire technicians Troubleshoot wiring challenges, defects, and production bottlenecks Partner with Engineering on drawings, ECOs, and process improvements Track labor efficiency, output, and rework to drive performance Support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, lean, standard work) What You Bring 2+ years of electrical wiring or assembly experience Previous supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing setting Strong ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics Solid understanding of electrical safety practices A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Clear communication and strong leadership skills Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment Bonus Points For Experience with LED lighting, electrical enclosures, or control panels Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience ERP or production tracking system knowledge Electrical or technical certifications Why Join Day-O-Lite?
