- Full-time Job Summary Allstaff Employment is seeking a motivated and dependable Bilingual Production Lead to oversee daily production operations while providing administrative support.
This role requires a strong leader who can effectively communicate in both English and Spanish, maintain production flow, and ensure proper staffing levels throughout the shift. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong computer knowledge, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Lead and support production employees to ensure daily production goals are met. Monitor production flow and address issues that may impact productivity. Ensure assigned production areas are adequately staffed at the start of each shift. Contact employees and assist with filling open positions or unexpected staffing shortages. Work directly on the production floor as needed to support operations. Communicate production goals, expectations, and updates to team members. Maintain attendance records and assist with administrative tasks. Complete reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as required. Coordinate with management regarding staffing needs, performance concerns, and production challenges. Promote a safe and positive work environment. Train and mentor employees on company policies and production procedures. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds as needed throughout the shift.
