As a Production Supervisor, you will lead daily assembly operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, support team development, and ensure manufacturing targets for safety, quality, delivery, and cost are achieved. Benefits Package 401(k) Life insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Short-term disability Long-term disability Paid vacation Paid holidays Paid time off Opportunity for advancement On-the-job training Shift Information 2nd Shift Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM Required Education and Experience Associate's degree 1-3 years of technical and leadership experience Experience working with MES systems such as Promaster, SAP, or Tableau/PowerBI Experience with lean manufacturing systems and concepts (BPS) Experience leading in environments with highly automated equipment technologies Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's degree Experience in high-volume, technology-driven manufacturing processes within the automotive industry General Requirements Demonstrated project leadership skills with the ability to prioritize workload to meet established targets Ability to work on cross-functional teams with a high degree of self-initiative Ability to delegate, multi-task, lead groups, and communicate effectively Demonstrated discipline and consistency regarding adherence to standards, policies, and procedures Strong teamwork, initiative, organizational, and problem-solving skills Willingness to work flexible schedules Essential Functions Lead assembly operations activities across the CC Value Stream (ESP) Identify and lead projects that improve safety, cost, quality, delivery, and utilization of manufacturing processes Perform process confirmation on work standards and correct deviations within the workshop Lead training and development activities for skilled and semi-skilled associates Monitor and participate in daily management of CC value stream areas using MES systems and analytics tools to meet operational targets Analyze production data and implement measures to continuously improve performance Develop, maintain, and apply lean manufacturing principles (BPS) throughout the value stream Support improvements related to people, information, and material flow Create and maintain manufacturing documentation and quality plans according to company standards Develop process flow diagrams, PQIs, and standard work instructions Support the performance and career development of team members Promote a team environment focused on customer satisfaction Complete additional assignments as directed Working Conditions Manufacturing and assembly environment High-volume production setting with automated equipment technologies MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
