Foreman Duties:

Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and project plans Delegating individual responsibilities and duties to crew members and contractors Helping develop project budget and quality standards Resolve conflicts or miscommunications Follow all safety procedures

Foreman Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent 1+ Years experience working on Civil Construction Job Sites Experience in running a small crew Knowledge of Civil construction industry
