Position Overview We are seeking a Production Supervisor to help oversee daily operations on our manufacturing floor. This position is ideal for an experienced, hands-on individual who takes pride in teamwork, quality, and efficiency. The Line Lead will support the Production Supervisor by coordinating workflow, monitoring product quality, and ensuring that daily production goals are met safely and accurately. Schedule & Compensation Overtime may be required based on production needs Hourly wage based on experience Weekly production-based performance bonuses Monthly reliability bonuses Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate a production team to meet daily output and quality goals Maintain hour by hour boards Assign tasks and verify work accuracy throughout the shift Train new team members on assembly procedures, safety, and standard work Inspect in-process and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards Communicate material needs, equipment issues, and production updates to teammates and production manager Support changeovers, setups, and shift transitions to minimize downtime Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment consistent with company standards Promote teamwork and a positive work culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment High energy individual that can multi-task Prior experience as a line lead, supervisor, or team leader preferred Familiarity with 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles Strong understanding of production processes and quality standards Proven ability to lead by example and motivate others Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment Spanish bi-lingual is a plus Willingness to work overtime or adjust shifts as needed Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test Screen Tight is an equal opportunity employer.
