What You'll Be Doing Lead daily cement production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality cement manufacturing. Monitor and optimize plant performance using data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability. Support and coach production staff to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and company standards. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced industrial environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on operational excellence. Effective communication and collaboration across departments. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality control systems. Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and methods. Work Environment This role is based in a cement manufacturing facility and involves working in both indoor and outdoor industrial settings. The position requires walking, climbing, and standing for extended periods, and may include exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions. This position works a 12 hour rotating DuPont schedule that includes days, nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.
