Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Off Shift Supervisor to lead and support manufacturing operations during 2nd or 3rd shift in Ladson, SC. This role plays a critical part in ensuring production goals are achieved while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. What You'll Do Lead and support production teams to achieve safety, quality, and output goals Oversee daily manufacturing operations during off-shift hours Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet production requirements Serve as the primary point of contact for production-related issues Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and development Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations Manage attendance, performance, and disciplinary processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment What You'll Bring High School Diploma or GED required 5+ years of manufacturing experience 3-5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Experience with Lean/Six Sigma principles preferred What Makes You Successful Strong leadership and team development mindset Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively Focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement Excellent communication across all levels of the organization High accountability and attention to detail Why Join Us?
